To provide a smoother registration experience, we are using a two-step progressive registration process.

Step 1: Purchase Registrations
Coordinators will first purchase the required number of registrations.

Step 2: Submit Participant Information
After purchase, coordinators will receive an email containing a link to complete participant registrations. This email will be sent within one week of the completed purchase. Using this link, coordinators can add and manage all participant information.

Important Deadline
All required participant information must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on April 23, 2026.

Required Submissions (All items must be completed):

  • All requested contact information for each participant

  • Judge requirements are met

  • Signed waivers

Important Notice
Any registration that does not include complete participant information by the deadline will be subject to cancellation and will not be refunded.
