Exhibitor Registration 

  • Associate Members may purchase up to 2 booths
  • Non-Members may purchase 1 booth
  • Each booth may have up to 2 people per booth
  • Additional attendees may attend with the purchase of an E&O Sponsorship
  • Associate Members may not purchase booths for non-members 

Exhibitor Conduct

  • Only exhibiting companies are permitted to promote their products, services, or company at the E&O Conference. Solicitation of business by  non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths or attendees to sell products, and leaving and/or distributing literature in public spaces and show floor aisles.
  • Showrooms, hospitality suites, special presentations, or sponsorship of any activity may not compete with the conference event schedule.
  • All Exhibitors must adhere to the Exhibitor Schedule provided in the Exhibitor Kit. 

Set-Up Times/Strike:

  • Exhibitors may set up Tuesday, April 29th from 2:00pm-7:00pm.
  • All exhibits must be set up for inspection by the exhibit manager on Wednesday, April 30th at 6:50am. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Exhibitors may strike beginning Wednesday, April 30th at 6:15pm, following the reception (NOT BEFORE). Full strike must be completed before Thursday, May 1st at 10:00am.

Wednesday, April 30th 7am-6pm
