Exhibitor Registration
- Associate Members may purchase up to 2 booths
- Non-Members may purchase 1 booth
- Each booth may have up to 2 people per booth
- Additional attendees may attend with the purchase of an E&O Sponsorship
- Associate Members may not purchase booths for non-members
Exhibitor Conduct
- Only exhibiting companies are permitted to promote their products, services, or company at the E&O Conference. Solicitation of business by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, handing out flyers, approaching exhibitor booths or attendees to sell products, and leaving and/or distributing literature in public spaces and show floor aisles.
- Showrooms, hospitality suites, special presentations, or sponsorship of any activity may not compete with the conference event schedule.
- All Exhibitors must adhere to the Exhibitor Schedule provided in the Exhibitor Kit.
Set-Up Times/Strike:
- Exhibitors may set up Tuesday, April 29th from 2:00pm-7:00pm.
- All exhibits must be set up for inspection by the exhibit manager on Wednesday, April 30th at 6:50am. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Exhibitors may strike beginning Wednesday, April 30th at 6:15pm, following the reception (NOT BEFORE). Full strike must be completed before Thursday, May 1st at 10:00am.
Expo Hours:
Wednesday, April 30th 7am-6pm
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors & Sponsors may not host any events during scheduled conference events.
