Chad Johnson is the founder and CEO of Fine Line Consulting, a leadership and safety training firm for the electric utility industry, launching in 2026 after more than 32 years in the power transmission and distribution field.
He spent 25 years doing linework, leading construction and maintenance on substation, distribution, and transmission projects.  He also has extensive experience managing safety and training, and holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a masters degree in Organizational Leadership.  He has been married to his wife, Tacie, for 31 years, and they live in Northwest Arkansas.  They love to play bluegrass music, take drives in the country, spend time with family and grandchildren, and watch old movies together.
