    • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Team set up available.

Friday, May 16:

    • 7:00 AM – Announcements (Including specific turn in times for judges) and meat pick up.
    • 7:30 AM – Cooking may begin.
    • 5:45 PM – Gaff-N-Grill Dinner (Open to All).

Saturday, May 17:

    • 5:00 PM – All materials must be removed from the grilling site.
