What about the art of safety, how and why to understand, develop, lead, and protect people? This energetic and engaging presentation explains how to generate solutions that optimize people, culture, and systems that will energize and sustain exceptional safety.

With over 30 years of experience in clinical orthopaedics, sports medicine, and corporate health consulting, Kelly spearheads the CareerCare® Program—an initiative designed to support the "workplace athlete" by providing individualized guidance to workers to minimize injury risks, promote early reporting of discomfort, and encourage healthy lifestyles from day one to day done. Her strategic leadership focuses on proactive injury management, ergonomics, and employee wellness, ensuring teams are not only safe but thrive in their professional environments.

Beyond her corporate initiatives, Kelly is an active contributor to the athletic training profession. She is a long-standing member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), the Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers' Society (PATS), and the Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association (EATA). She also shares her expertise through the PATS Speaker’s Bureau and serves on the PATS Committee on Practice Advancement.

When she isn't driving professional excellence, Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle. In her down time, she loves the outdoors—particularly running, skiing, and camping—and makes time to visit the shore whenever she can.
